Mo Du Rang – Part 2

Rating: ★★★★☆

Today, we decided to try out Mo Du Rang again to check out their other dishes. Today, we ordered the beef bulgogi and the kimchi pork stew. We received the usual banchan (free appetizers), but we didn’t receive any Korean pancake like the previous time. I also noticed on the menu that they had raised some prices and taken some menu items out. The highlight for the banchan was the potatoes that were soft and sweet. The beef bulgogi was absolutely delicious. Every piece of meat was juicy, tender, and filled with marinated flavor. The kimchi pork stew was quite spicy, and carried quite a bit of kimchi flavor. There was not much pork in there and mostly consisted of vegetables.

Overall, Mo Du Rang still serves up really good tasting food, but they lost points on prices going up and the lack of pancake. If you are up in the air about what Korean restaurant to eat at, then Mo Du Rang will end up being one of your choices.
